As you may be aware Royal Mail are currently in talks with the CWU (Communication Workers Union) regarding increased pay and working improvements for staff.

This has resulted in multiple weekly strikes and severe delays to all Royal Mail services over the last few months.

It is also currently the busiest time of the year, this has now resulted in a massive impact to delivery times on all parcels. All other delivery services & couriers are also experiencing delays as a result of increased volume.

The CWU has formally notified Royal Mail they plan to call on further strike action on Wednesday 14 December, Thursday 15 December, Friday 23 December and Saturday 24 December 2022.

We are kindly asking all customers to please bear with us during this period. We always offer an extremely efficient service but sadly due to the current situation with the UK postal system, this is out of our hands at the moment.

We will still be dispatching orders in a timely manner, but please be patient and expect to wait longer than usual for your orders to arrive.

We are limited on the steps we can take to remedy the situation but have done our best to offer the alternatives and solutions we have available to us.

Royal Mail Tracked 48	Orders placed now will arrive after January 1st.
Royal Mail Tracked 24	Orders placed after 16th Dec will arrive after January 1st.
Royal Mail Next Day	Orders placed after 21st Dec will arrive after January 1st.
DPD Courier Tracked	Estimated delivery within 2-3 working days.
Royal Mail International	Orders placed now will arrive after January 1st.
